About CareVolve

Built by someone who saw what happens when providers get too big.

CareVolve is a small NDIS provider across Western Sydney and the Hills. Small is not a stage we are passing through. It is the structure that lets us keep every promise we make.

Care deeply, and keep evolving how we support people

Our name says what we are here to do. To care deeply, and to continuously evolve how we deliver support that helps people and communities move forward.

We provide person-centred NDIS services and community supports so people can live with choice, independence and connection. We work closely with participants, families and seniors to deliver flexible support that reflects each person's own goals and values.

Alicia, and why CareVolve exists

Alicia Lopez spent more than 20 years inside large providers, running operations, compliance, audit preparation and supported independent living. She saw the same thing happen again and again. As a provider grows, the person at the centre becomes a line on a roster, and the worker who knows them gets moved on.

So she built the opposite. Alicia personally meets every participant before support begins. She knows every person we support by name, and she is the one who answers when you call.

“As a parent, I was worried about finding the right support for my son. CareVolve has been incredible, they really listen and tailor the care to his needs. The transition from Disability Options Australia rebranding to CareVolve was smooth. We feel supported as a whole family.”

Our mission

To provide high quality, person-centred supports that help people achieve their goals, build capacity, and live independently in a way that reflects their own values.

Our vision

A world where every person is supported to live with dignity, inclusion and independence, connected to their community and confident in their own path.

What we stand for

Our values

Respect

We value diversity, culture and individuality, and we support people the way they actually want to be supported.

Empowerment

We help people make informed choices and take control of their own lives, rather than making decisions for them.

Integrity

We act with honesty, transparency and accountability. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

Compassion

We care about people, not just the service we are funded to deliver.

Growth

We keep improving, and we evolve with the needs of the people we support and the people who work here.

Consistency

The same worker, the same voice on the phone. Trust is built by turning up, not by promising to.
